By submitting a photo image through the Phillips Academy BlueCard photo upload web site, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The photo upload web site is provided by the Dean of Students Office, the Dean of Studies, and Campus Safety. We may periodically update these terms, and any changes will be effective immediately.

About the BlueCard

The BlueCard is the official ID card of Phillips Academy and is managed by Campus Safety. The BlueCard is the property of Phillips Academy, and its use is governed by Phillips's regulations and policies.

How we will use your photo image

The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your BlueCard. The BlueCard is proof of identity and provides access to facilities across campus, including Student access to dormitories. Students will be required to use their cards at the library to check out books.

Other uses of your image

By submitting this photo for your student ID, you agree this photo may be used by other Phillips Academy departments for population into Phillips Academy systems, learning management applications or the generation of photo lists for various purposes.

• BlueCards are property of Phillips Academy
• Lost cards must be reported immediately to Campus Safety at CampusSafety@andover.edu or 978-749-4444.
